Meet the Team: Office Manager
Erica joined the Care at Home team as Office Manager in the summer of 2018. Her responsibilities include billing and receivables, payroll, and office supplies/tools fulfillment to ensure efficient daily operations. She also oversees the fleet of branded vehicles and regularly supports the home care agency’s client relationship goals.
Erica possesses years of experience as a licensed CNA. She has served as a Critical Care Tech in the ICU unit at a Connecticut shoreline hospital, a challenging position responsible for shaping her ethics as a healthcare worker. She also dedicated 4 years of her professional career to a rehabilitation unit where she cared for patients recovering from hip, knee, or shoulder surgeries.
Erica lives in Connecticut and has three sons, two daughters, and two grandchildren. She is active in the community as the President of the Southeastern Youth Football Cheer League and coaching 7th and 8th-grade cheerleading. She enjoys outdoor activities with her family and spending quality time with her grandchildren.
Erica sometimes thinks of herself as an old soul. She is passionate about handcrafting, especially during holidays and family birthdays. Erica also enjoys the occasional home renovation project. And when the rare opportunity for solitude presents itself, she likes to immerse herself in an action movie or crime docudrama from the comfort of her home.
