Care at Home is excited to announce we are one of the proud sponsors of Golf “Fore” ALZ on Friday June 15, 2018 at Elmridge Golf Course in Pawcatuck, CT.

Spots are still available for foursomes and individual players. Registration includes golf, cart, box lunch, and a country barbecue. Don’t miss out on the silent auction, raffle prizes, and live entertainment. Sponsorship opportunities are still available and we are accepting donation for our silent auction.
