Home Care Services We Offer
Hourly Care and Companionship
Whether it’s a couple hours a week of cooking in the kitchen together, an afternoon of singing to favorite music, or a standing daily card game, our flexible caregivers are available for hourly and companionship home care.
24-Hour and Live-In Care
Our 24-hour and live-in care programs offer seniors the most independent care option and help them maintain the best life at home. We recognize every household and health situation is different. We work with every client and their families to create a custom plan of care.
Respite Care
Respite care is designed to provide temporary relief to primary caregivers, allowing them to focus on their own health and other responsibilities. We offer hourly or overnight respite care services to help primary caregivers recharge their batteries.
End-of-Life Care
Our kind and empathetic caregivers can assist primary caregivers as they deal with the challenges and emotions involved with providing end-of-life care for loved ones. We offer these services to help primary caregivers and provide comfort and support for terminally-ill clients.
Ambulation Assistance and Transfers
Ambulation refers to walking without assistance, so ambulation assistance means to help someone walk. A transfer (moving someone from one area to another) should only be completed by a professional caregiver as there are more risks involved in keeping the person safe.
Pre/Post Surgical Care
Our pre and post-surgical care services help to ease anxiety and provide companionship and emotional support. To help before and after surgery, our caregivers provide transportation as needed, support any dietary restrictions, offer medication, reminders and perform household chores.
Alzheimer's and Dementia Care
We provide assistance to clients with mild, moderate, and severe cases of Alzheimer’s and Dementia. Our caregivers are trained to recognize new symptoms and track the progression of the disease so we can make suggestions for future care.
Palliative and Hospice Care
Care at Home caregivers can assist clients who are undergoing palliative or hospice care. Our goal is to help our clients manage their day-to-day lives so they can focus on their health and well-being. For overnight, live-in, or hourly support, we're here to help.
Memory Care
Care at Home offers memory care services to clients by training caregivers through a Dementia training program. These caregivers fulfill 8 hours of training through Wellsky's online platform and receive a certificate upon successful completion.
