Care at Home Expanding Hourly Services; Middletown Office to Open

We have some fantastic news to share!

Firstly, we’re thrilled to announce that Stephanie, our Director of Care Coordination, is taking on a new role to lead our expansion into Middlesex and Hartford Counties. With her wealth of customer-focused experience, Stephanie will spearhead our award-winning home care services up the Route 9 corridor. Stay tuned for future details about our new Middletown location.

Secondly, we’re introducing our new Director of Care Coordination, Charlotte. Charlotte will oversee the home care experience for our clients to ensure personalized care plans are developed and that our caregivers are appropriately matched to clients.

In her role, Charlotte will also supervise the Scheduling Team to maintain consistent caregiver support and the Field Technicians to confirm strong bonds between clients and caregivers. Importantly, Charlotte is committed to meeting both client and family care expectations.

Charlotte recently joined the Care at Home team, bringing a wealth of healthcare knowledge. With a background in direct care and a Masters in Healthcare Administration, she is passionate about supporting direct care workers and making positive changes for all healthcare professionals.

Charlotte, who resides along the Connecticut coastline with her childhood sweetheart and husband, enjoys hosting for family and friends, spending time at the movies, and leisurely drives through the New England countryside. Her aspirations include another missionary trip to Botswana, South Africa, and contributing her time and skills to Breast Cancer Research.
